My Turn.

Today is August the 1st. Can you believe it? Time passed by so terribly fast this year and tomorrow I am leaving for Singapore.

Last week I couldn't wait to leave. Today, emotions started kicking in. I'm quite nervous yet excited at the same time. I'm the last in my batch to leave, but i'm sure there is a good reason why God wanted it this way for me. :)

I spent the last 3 days quite productively. Spent a lot of time with a couple of my friends, and even attended a farewell party that Josh and the lot organised for me. Really appreciative about it. 3 days of good yummy food! I'm glad I got to spend time with all of them before I leave. hehehe.

Today is my last day here so I'm spending it with my family. I've to run some errands as well and finish up my packing. Loads to do, i hope time won't run too quickly!

It feels so surreal. But finally, it is my turn. My life's about to change course and it's a pretty big deal. I'm going to make the best of it and do my bestest in my studies!! and hopefully, I will meet some really great people along the way. :) yeeeehaaaaw!

shits this blog is so dead. no one's so free as to blog anymore. i guess i'll do it. why? because i'm running out of things to do before i end up "studying for my exams". WHEEEEEEEEEEEE.

a considerable amount of time have passed since i last posted something. so what's been up? will keep it short between the chocolatters.

im here now, god knows why, studying chemical engineering in NUS, singapore, and not doing so well because i still enjoy the carefree and self-wasting lifestyle of slacking and driving around in the middle of the night without a care in the world, drink with friends, watch movies, play rockband, etc. so i was quite shellshocked when i arrived some time in august.

i'm staying in a hall... oh hall oh hall, you'd think this is where all the shit happens, who's sleeping with who, who's bitchslapping who, and all that but noooooooooooo, it's where we play weird games like kukujiao and nehnehpok. yes, WHAT IS THAT? i thought that too at first. really, this is disappointing. i actually thought things would've been cooler if i went to UBD! but oh, i've adapted and understood their culture, they're alright.

and then after a while, on the other side of the town where people get wasted everyday with no goal in life, it's just not right for me anymore (oh you think you're so cool, you are but a fool), so i'm kinda stuck in the middle (to be or not to be).

a few weeks after, jasmine decided to have a lil weekend getaway and paid a visit! of course this includes seeing the goh brothers too. wack weekend.



i am getting darker and darker because of all the sun. i miss driving. here, walk walk walk, sun sun sun, dark dark dark. i've also taken up swimming and soccer i.e. more sun. i won't be surprised if the next time you see me again i look as dark as clinton =p but good news, i'm effectively losing weight!

when i came, dad gave me a lump sum to last me through the year (august 08 to may 09), but already NOW, my bank account balance is like thirty odd dollars.. another half a month to go before it gets topped up again. why is this happening...(oh the joys of shopping! and additionally, internet shopping!) why did i blow an odd 3K in the first month here. mom was right, i AM extravagant. it's not like i'm damn rich lah. now i have to suffer through my final month. talk about financial planning.

vee's going back to brunei 1st december, i instead am going to KL on 2nd december to meet my family. whoopdeedo, what's going to happen if i don't see vee? =( there're also many people for me to see in brunei in december, like teo, sharon, my cousin veronica whom i haven't seen for YEARS and has suddenly decided she liked girls better than guys.

on the other hand, going to KL would allow me to spend time with the other homosexual cousin tony! and the wedding of the other cousin and his anorexic but still pretty girlfriend, while watching them fight over the family business with the other brother and his wife. wah, life is interesting, who needs hongkong drama?

basically, family obligations call for my presence in KL from 2nd up till 13th. afterwards, what should i do? should i make my way over to brunei? should i check out airasia's apparent free seats and get myself a return trip to shanghai and see jo? or maybe to NSW to see sana and rif and cheehwa. OH LIFE.

wait. before i think about all that, i must pass my stupid freaking exams first or i'm totally screwed. i hate university life....for now.

i need a haircut.

interview's at singapore on may 5th, and just a few hours ago, dad said "you have no problem travelling alone right?"

OMG IM GOING TO FLY SOLO, literally!! so excited!! haven't booked the flights yet but dad's already given the green light and said i can pick whatever date's convenient for me! AWESOMEE!!!!

so i didn't even have to mention to him about jasmine's recent frenzy about going to the Freedom Festival at port dickson (that's all she ever talks about these days!) and all this is actually getting me excited too! hahaha

Hola!

Hey all! :) I think it has been a year or so since I've blogged here. -_-". I should make it a point to blog here once in a while from now onwards cos it's like sooo dead man. I thought it needed a needed a new look too and I happened to find this one that I'd use for my own blog but since I've moved to wordpress, I decided to change chocolatte's layout. :) The drool was really distracting. Hahaha. If I can't fix the twitter thing and the tagboard and the comments- intense debate thing?! then i'll change it back to the red chocolatte layout.

Anyway! Met up with Jasmine and Amilyn yesterday and had lunch at Excapade. I was having a rather sucky day because I woke up feeling like shit having only gotten 3 or 4 hours of sleep. I brought my camera but I didn't feel like taking pictures. =O I usually just snap away when I have my camera with me. haha. Meh~ Wasn't much in the mood either anyway and the sushi didn't taste yummy as always. In fact, I had a tummy ache later in the afternoon. =\. Thanks for the earrings and popcorn, Jas! :)

We met up with Clinton after lunch and we girls went to the mall cos we were looking for faux eyelashes. -_-" HAHA. We walked out of the mall empty handed though. We all split ways after that and moi boyfriend and I went back to his place and enjoyed the polvorons. :)

Today: I woke up at SEVENam for the first time this year. =O hahaha! It was raining when I got up and felt rather lazy to proceed on my plans for the morning but I did anyway and i'm soooo glad I did. :D I went to belapan this morning for SGS's sports meet part 1 or whatever. hahaha. They were having their 400m races, javelin, shot put and tug of war. Anyway. I reached belapan and it was drizzling by then- a good sign that the games will still be on. :D So first I met up with mel, then the other mel, then sarah, and then t.victoria, olivia, errrr mr. eugene, mubarak, sheeba.. lots more, can't remember kaliah. Hehe then I met up with CLINTON! the love of my life! =P hahahaha. The teachers were happy to see the both of us. yayeee! I missed them all so so much! :P Haha. Then T. Victoria said, "come, let's go inside." so we did. I'm just glad she didn't say, "come my babies, let's go inside." HAHA. KIDDING!

So we got inside and went upstairs and guess who called for me! T. BETH!!!! AHHHHHHH! =P Lol. I hurriedly went over to her and we gave each other a biggie hug. Wasn't expecting to meet her at all. haha. damn. I missed her so much. She's still as gorgeous as ever. :) hehehe. I can't believe I forgot to take a picture with her. =( Oh well. heheee. :P

The rest of the morning was fun with my baybeh. :) We reminisced a lot on our 2 years of being red house captains and damn, he's so kambang yo. HAHA. (KIDDING.) I took more videos than pictures this time. :) Both Melly and Brandon ran 400m. Melly got 1st place (duhh :P she's so awesome. she lead everyone by like 50 metres. =P) Brandon got 4th place. =P Not bad for a form 1. He buang-ed 1 dude too so that's cool. :) meeheeheee.

After all was done, i went home, logged on to facebook, and found myself falling asleep in front of the computer. So I went to my room and fell into a deep sleep for 5 hours straight. I woke up at 4pm. That's how tired I was.
