CLINTON's SPLASH(actually it was more like of a drinkin' spree)

Since the next sunday splash i wudnt be in brunei anymore we decided to have a clinton splash (his hse is the only hse that i know that has a pool hahhahh + he's place is really cool to hang out in. liquor bar!!) but we sorta edited it abit....it was at nite and we had drinks ......

anyway the night started with sum drinks then lyn turned on the kareoke mic and yea she was awesome....she got the party started....everyone started singing....hahahah

i was havin fun by the bar and taking pics with carrie :) she's such a sweetheart :)

then after a couple of drinks lyn and fel and clinton wanted to swim...:) so they changed then yeap lyn jumped into the pool first...hahahhahaha

in the pool lyn and fel were doing some weird stuff...dunno...what happnd i wasnt there ....

then suddenly sarah and shenny called me to the pool then lyn and superwoman was pulling me into the pool...but i knew with my weight they cudnt carry me but SERIOUsly i UNDERESTIMATED the power of superwoman she realy drag me into the pool .....head first man!!!! hahahahhahahh they were smart i had nothing on...opps........... wait i meant i had no phone or watch on me ..plus good thing the camera's card was full so there wasnt a video of that ........too embarassing.....hahhaha!!!!!!!!!

anyway this was the day that we just chilled in lyn's cool car hahhah drove by gadong to be seen with it and the song playing was -angel's brought me here HAHHAHA anyway ....later on it rained and so we changed cars ... :) hehhehehh

anyway on the way home it was raining really heavily ... flooded everywer....we wer driving back to clinton's house then suddenly there was this strange knockin' noise..we thought it was the music or the wipper but wen we turned it off and the also the music ...it was stil there...i kept on sayin "FLAT TYRE"....

so we stopped ...in the end we checkd and it was nuhting hahahah i told lyn maybe she put her lil sister in the trunk hahahhahah anyway we ended up in clinton's house to KAREOKE!!!! YAY !!!! we were using clinton's mum's Magic Mic, there was a scoring system hahahah the highest was 83 and wen clinton's mum started singing she go 90++ shes a really good singer....:) hehehheheh

ALL I WANT IS TO PLAY!

we don't even have time for anything nowadays.

last saturday was the finals of the 3 on 3 basketball tournament at MD. i went to watch. khairul "stole" my stall, selling drinks. oh well, i had no patience waiting all day in the hot and humid gym anyway! even though it was full of hot sweaty men...cough. haha! not interested. but he made a lot of profit! GRR. and he says i dont deserve a lexus, i deserve a Kancil. hrmpf

in between the matches, fel and i were bored and real hungry, and clinton wasn't playing yet, so we decided to go out for breakfast/lunch. at the edge big roundabout near kiulap, i was in the middle lane, so obviously if i were to enter the roundabout, i should be in the middle lane right? BUT there was this stupid car, he was on my right, so he should enter the innermost lane, INSTEAD, he cut my lane and went to the middle one, almost resulting into a crash. STUPID CAR!! as if i dont have enough accidents already! he's obviously at fault. im in deep trauma.

fel calmed me down and we went on ahead to bandar. i was going to collect my prize. ooh let me digress. i won a prize calling in to Pilihan the day before. all i had to do was answer two simple questions, anyone who was listening would know! What song was playing? Kelis' Little Star. where will the Pilihan Roadshow be? Mall, 2nd floor (another story for that day in the equation).

so i won a $65 worth of necklace from GemsWorld..or was it Gemstones. or something. GEM something! mmhmm.. and i was told i could collect it on saturday morning so there i was. BUT there was no one in the office because they were all at the Roadshow already. pfft. waste of time. haha =)

takeaway Paus (in the mood for dimsum?), final match was starting. back to the school gym, and semi finals was just done. Fel drove my car around the school area haha she's a GOOOOOOOD driver, but she always felt that the road was too narrow. it's okay! it's how i felt too when i just started driving. but must have confidence, that our car is actually thinner than it seems. HAHAHA.

so the final... DUH, clinton's team (and george and chi hong and ken) won. he shot 3 points like it's nothing! shot after shot after shot, even Max the ref said "somebody, stop him!" hahaha. fel got the videos! so far she hadn't uploaded them yet... will update on it! final score was 71-46 i think. yeah. i think clint's team was ripped off of about 7 points coz the ref wasn't paying attention and gave ChiHong's last 3 points to the other team. ahahhaa. but they still won.


after that.... i called up Carmen.... i was desperate for her to join the Akira Pilihan Talentime. and she finally agreed (reluctantly!) to at least go and have a look at the auditions! AHAH! she's the best singer i know, i tell you! hehe. Fel and i went to pick Carmen and Shen up, Clint went home to shower, we met up at the mall, registered Carmen (i promised i'd join with her but i left my ic! honest!) and wait for her turn to sing Mariah Carey's Open Arms.

we watched the first two contestants sing, then Carmen said she could use a walk, so we went upstairs. i suggested we go to the arcade to "exercise" carmen's vocals first, so off we went. not a very productive action, coz the arcade's kbox song's keys were all thrown off here and there. Carmen-Mary-Kelly-Mariah-Carey cannot sing like that! considered changing songs (when you believe, still mariah carey) but sticked to open arms. i joked and said maybe she'll do when you believe for the finals ehhee.

i really don't know how Carmen felt because she was quiet and looks..unperturbed. SO CALM! amazing! i didn't know what to do, seeing her like that, so all i did was say supportive things. but then she doesn't need it, she didn't even want to sing! haha. but she did anyway and she was AWESOME. definitely will enter the semis. other contestants were awesome too, especially the dude who sang whitney houston's...uhh..dunnothenameofthesong, but he was SO good, he actually SOUNDED like whitney. normally i'd say it's gay but he was good.

so im just waiting for Carmen to receive the call. i hope she get into the semis even though she was so reluctant!

it's term break for bruneian students! WHEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! now i can actually be online!

since early this year (count: 3 months so far), i've been sleeping around 8pm. UNBELIEVABLE RIGHT? so i get an average sleep of 10 hours a day. i am SO healthy.

except during public holidays like Chinese New Year (which chinese sleeps early during chinese new year??) and last saturday.

Last saturday, a friend of mine decided to bring a few of us to Dynasty for dimsum, because she was happy it was her birthday (normally she's happy too, but you get it) so umm after dimsum we went to watch 300! midnight show. hm. so it was about an hour till the movie starts, we went to play pool, which i havent done since.. since i left st.george (count: 15 months).

anyway, 300! 300.

such a gruesome movie. all they boys i know loved it. i know i almost fell asleep, since it was around 12am. but the general moral of the story: BELIEVE IN YOUR STRENGTH! and you can inspire.

kinda like the hummingbird story* Professor Wangari Maathai told us during BGIC. i suppose she can be a scriptwriter too now? we'll call it 300 hummingbirds.

and latest news: the February progress report is out, and i have AWESOME results. totally unexpected and im beginning to like my teachers better now. but i still dont like the one who told me "page 3 is between page 4 and 5".

it flew to and from a river, carrying a single drop of water each trip.
of course it doesn't help.
the other animals just stood and tried to discourage the bird.

what the Professor forgot to include to make this story and inspiring one is that THE OTHER ANIMALS SHOULD'VE BEEN TOUCHED AND INSPIRED AND DID THE SAME AS THE HUMMINGBIRD!

omg. it's like all of us are the animals, who aren't doing anything. the story doesn't even tell us that the animals did anything in the end. i dont get it. do you?
